We’re looking for a Central Data Officer to join our dynamic Data & Insight Team, supporting all our schools in the management, organisation, and analysis of data. This is a pivotal role in embedding data-driven decision-making across the Trust.

About the Role

The Central Data & Insight Team provides high-level analysis to support performance measurement and strategic decision-making across our 27 schools. We design and manage robust systems for data collection, organisation, and analysis to ensure efficient processes and actionable insights that drive excellence across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support academies in implementing consistent and accurate data capture processes
  • Assist in the design and delivery of central systems for monitoring and evaluating performance
  • Contribute to data visualisation and reporting for key stakeholders across the Trust
  • Help upskill staff in the effective use of data systems and tools
