Reporting to: Head of School
Salary within the range: Scale Point – L3-7, £43,144–£47,707 starting point within the
range dependent upon experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Holybrook Primary School and the Horizons
Centre. We are looking for a highly driven and passionate professional to join us and lead our new
SEMH provision to meet the needs of this growing population within the city of Bradford. This is a new
provision which replaces our behaviour centre as the district’s needs have changed.

specialist knowledge of and/or a passion for teaching pupils with SEMH needs would be an advantage.

the award;

● Are creative, imaginative, committed and passionate about learning and ensuring high quality
SEND provision for all;
● Can lead and inspire others;
● Have a commitment to working with children who require excellence in all that we do to
ensure they thrive;
● Are aspirational about their own career pathway and are committed to professional
development.
● Has a detailed understanding of combined with previous experience of effective positive
behaviour management techniques.
