This role offers a unique opportunity to live out your calling by walking alongside children, staff, and families - supporting their spiritual development and helping to shape daily life in a school where our Christian vision and values are at the heart of all we do.

As Chaplain, you will:

  • Build meaningful relationships across the school community

  • Inspire and support collective worship and spiritual reflection

  • Work with small groups and individuals to nurture faith and wellbeing

  • Help put our school vision and commitments into practice:
Care, Courage, Collaboration, Creativity, and Christian Faith

  • Offer guidance to staff and governors on living out our Christian ethos

  • Develop partnerships with local churches, the wider Circuit and Diocese

You’ll have space to be present, to listen, to gently lead and to help every member of our community know that they are deeply loved by God.

We warmly welcome visits to our amazing school. Please contact the school office on 01904 470272 or email hello@fog.hlt.academy to arrange.

What we can offer:

  • A commitment to support your professional development
