Join our Chaplaincy and Youth Ministry Apprenticeship and gain valuable experience while you study with our training provider St Mary’s University
What We Offer:
- Earn while you learn: Combine on-the-job training with off-the-job study.
- Professional qualification: Work towards a nationally recognized Level 4 qualification in Children, Young People’s, and Family Practitioner (equivalent to a Certificate in Higher Education, worth 120 credits).
- Hybrid learning: Spend at least 20% of your working hours in a blend of classroom-based and online learning, delivered by St Mary’s University.
- Qualification validation by St Mary’s University in: Children, Young people and Families Practitioner Certificate, Level 4 plus the Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies (CCRS)

About the Role
Are you passionate about your faith and eager to inspire young people in theirs? Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School is seeking a Chaplaincy & Youth Ministry
Working closely with our Lay Chaplain, you will help nurture the Catholic ethos of the school, support liturgical celebrations, and accompany students on their faith journey. This is a unique opportunity to grow in ministry, leadership, and service while making a real difference in the lives of young people.

- Experience working with young people, ideally in a school or parish setting.
