Our ambitious multi-academy trust is seeking to appoint an experienced Chief Education Officer to help realise our vision of delivering excellence through a culture of care, equity, inclusion and ambition.

Brigantia Learning Trust is a thriving multi-phase Trust serving a diverse community of schools across Sheffield, educating children and young people aged 2–19 across nursery, primary, secondary, all-through and post-16 provision. Our mission is to improve life chances, promote social mobility and ensure that every learner is supported to achieve their full potential.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly effective Chief Education Officer to provide strategic educational leadership across the Trust, driving improvement in standards, outcomes and the quality of education in all academies.


What the school offers its staff

You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to shape and deliver the Trust’s educational vision, strategy and priorities. You will play a central role in leading school improvement, strengthening leadership capacity across academies, and ensuring consistently high expectations for all pupils.

We are looking for a highly experienced education leader with a strong and proven track record of delivering sustained school improvement across multiple settings. You will bring strong strategic insight, excellent leadership skills, and the credibility to operate at executive level within our trust.
