Our experienced, knowledgeable and committed Trust Board are looking for an excellent school leader to continue the fantastic work already undertaken to get CCLT to its present position.

The successful candidate will be passionate about improving life chances for pupils through high quality provision to ensure that they are well prepared to succeed in the next stage of their education.

All of this will be delivered through the Co-operative Values, which underpin everything we do.

What the school offers its staff

The aim of our Trust is to provide the highest quality education for all the children in our schools by providing outstanding learning experiences and opportunities. All of our Headteachers are committed to working closely together to provide a model of school to school support and have a strong belief in system leadership.

We are passionate about primary education and have a clear focus on continuous improvement that ensures our children achieve the best possible outcomes in all areas of school life.

Each of our academies is at the heart of a community. Each school is unique and individual, and we value and respect their distinctive differences. Our aim is to develop and protect their character within a supportive and collaborative environment so that we can learn from each other, share best practice and provide the best education for all our pupils.
