What skills and experience we're looking for

This is a strategic role with a strong emphasis on delivering outcomes and managing resources effectively across the Trust. You will work collaboratively with each of our seven primary schools to support performance improvement, share best practice and ensure positive connections with local communities. You will work closely with the leadership team to create a culture of learning and growth that underpins educational outcomes and encourages innovation whilst respecting the uniqueness of each academy.

We are looking for an authentic leader who is a role model for others. You will have a track record of delivering school improvements, strong interpersonal skills, and the confidence to inspire others. Ideally you will have already worked in a senior role in education and understand the challenges involved in leading through change, and balancing resources.
