As part of that drive, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative, qualified accountant with highly developed financial acumen to join us as Chief Financial Officer.
As an integral member of the central team, the CFO will play a leading role in supporting the growth and development of the trust; achieving financial sustainability by providing high quality management that enables efficient and effective delivery of the Trust’s core aims.
Our central team works collaboratively with school leaders in an inclusive culture. The postholder will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to provide insight into commercial decision making, strong financial leadership and guidance with a proven track record of applying operational rigour and high-level direction, ideally in the academy/education sector.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how effective resourcing and financial management facilitates school improvement across phases.
