Hamilton School is an ambitious and growing school, currently expanding to become an all-age provision. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Assistant Headteacher to join our Primary Department and support the next phase of our school’s development.

- Be willing and able to work effectively with all students and staff on a daily basis.
Demonstrate good knowledge of autism and SEND, with a commitment to ongoing professional learning.
Be an enthusiastic and hardworking professional who can motivate and inspire pupils and colleagues.
Show high expectations of themselves and others, with a clear focus on improving outcomes for all learners.
Support and contribute to the leadership of teaching, learning, and curriculum development.
Be reliable, organised, and able to maintain a positive sense of perspective in a busy school environment.
Demonstrate resilience, energy, and a solution-focused approach to challenges.
Be an excellent team player and positive role model for staff and pupils.
Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
