Chief Operating Officer (COO) job summary
We are seeking an ambitious, visionary and strategically commercial individual to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and who will provide inspirational leadership across the Trust community,
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will lead on all operational aspects of the Trust and establish a prominent level of visibility, credibility and professionalism across the Trust community, leading by example and nurturing the Trust's Ethos and Values.
You will provide strategic leadership on the Trust's Growth strategy and you will work with key staff to provide professional support and development, promoting high expectations for all involved in business and finance within the Trust; working with pride to achieve excellence and making those around you want to do the same.
