The Local Academy Board is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and proactive Child and Family Support Worker, who has a passion for improving the educational development of young people and who believes in raising the aspirations of pupils and their families. The role will require the successful candidate to take the lead role for ensuring excellent pastoral provision across the school as well as being a DSL and an active member of our Safeguarding Team.
Knowledge of early help processes in Birmingham is essential as well as knowledge of Kings Norton and the surrounding areas.
