About this Role

The First Federation Trust, a Multi Academy Trust of 29 primary schools across Devon and Dorset, are looking to recruit a permanent Mealtime Assistant at Chudleigh Knighton Church of England Primary School. Chudleigh Knighton CE Primary School is a small, rural primary school set in the beautiful village of Chudleigh Knighton on the very edge of the Dartmoor National Park, with easy access to the A38/M5. The school provides a secure, nurturing and challenging learning environment with a family atmosphere, where the children come first and has an excellent partnership with parents/carers and the local community.

We are looking for a warm and caring individual to assist the Head of School, as required, to care for the safety and wellbeing of children during the lunchtime period.

The position is for 5 hours per week, over the lunch period, for 38 weeks a year (term time). Initially we are offering 3 hours as a permanent role and 2 hours as a fixed term contract until 31st August 2025 with a view to extension pending funding.

Salary Grade A £12.26 p/h 38 weeks per year
