Wrap Around Care Vacancies

After School Club Assistant - 6 hrs per week over 3 days (Mon - Weds) 3.30 - 5.30pm @ £13.26ph

Breakfast Club - 4 hrs per week over 4 mornings (Tues - Fri) 7.45 - 8.45am @ £12.85ph

These posts involve promoting and supervising active play and ensuring the safety of all children for our wrap around care provision. We are looking for someone who is committed to working with children and can provide a safe and nurturing environment. You will be able to help lead the clubs, plan sessions, provide fun activities, prepare and serve simple breakfast and snacks, and use your initiative to maintain a high-quality environment that children thrive in.

L2 Food Hygiene training will also need to be completed for these positions, which is an online course provided by the Trust.

Ideally, you will:

  • Be able to build good relationships with children, staff and parents and be a friendly and positive presence in our school;

  • Be proficient in English and Maths;

  • Have high expectations of children’s behaviour and be able to maintain consistent boundaries;

  • Be willing to work as part of a team and have a good sense of humour;

  • Be able to use your own initiative when required;

  • Have experience in a similar role in a school;
