Truro & Penwith Academy Trust, alongside Perranporth School are seeking to appoint a confident, flexible and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team. About You:We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who:• Has experience of working with children in an educational setting • Can confidently lead learning activities using plans prepared by teachers • Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills • Is adaptable, organised and able to respond positively to changing circumstances • Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and families • Is committed to providing an inclusive environment where all children can succeed • Demonstrates initiative, professionalism and a positive attitude • Is fully committed to safeguarding, inclusion and equality
