We are a growing school looking to invest in new talent. We are looking for a highly ambitious Teacher for our through-School who will contribute to the development of our expanding school which was recently inspected as a ‘Good’ School by ‘Ofsted.
The successful candidate will assist in establishing the direction for teaching, learning and assessment, in-line with the whole-school pedagogical strategy of knowledge-based learning, to set the highest expectations and ensure that all students not only achieve excellent outcomes but flourish within an environment of nurture.
Opportunities for subject leadership and whole school responsibilities will provide excellent experience for a successful candidate. For this reason, we place as much value on ambition and potential as we do on experience.
King James Academy Royston, is a through school formed from the amalgamation of two middle schools and an upper school in 2019. Since 2020 it has been part of the Diamond Learning Partnership Trust. It is approximately 12 miles from Cambridge and is within easy access of London. The three schools were each recognised as ‘Good’ in all categories by Ofsted in their last inspections prior to the merger.
