What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone with:
- The ability and desire to model and uphold the highest standards and expectations of learning for all
- Evidence of very strong classroom practice including the ability to plan and prepare high quality learning for all students
- Have a strong knowledge of working with children with Autism and other SEMH needs
- Has excellent behaviour management
- Has good practice of teaching phonics and the ability to follow the schools chosen phonic scheme
- A positive, proactive approach to all areas of school life
- An ability to inspire confidence in colleagues, parents and the wider community
