Class Teacher job summary
Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for are looking to recruit an aspirational and energetic class teacher to teach in one of our wonderful Year 2 classes on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2025 covering our current teacher who is on secondment at another Trust school. There may be the opportunity for the contract to become permanent for September 2025.
This role is available as part time (minimum 4 days) or full time and we welcome applications from experienced teachers, as well as ECTs. For ECTS, we offer strong support – an experienced mentor whom you will meet weekly during dedicated release time; an excellent training programme using materials from the ECF; regular observations of experienced colleagues, including visits to other schools; working with other ECTs who are also at the same stage of their career. We are happy to receive applications from candidates seeking a role from January 2025 or applicants who are available more immediately.
