Class Teacher job summary

We are a PNI special school where high-quality, bespoke learning is at the heart of everything we do. Our students are enthusiastic, motivated learners with a wide range of abilities, and they hold high expectations of the staff who support them.

Classes are organised by ability rather than age, with small groups averaging eight pupils. Learning pathways vary considerably: some pupils follow a life-skills-based curriculum, while others work towards GCSEs, BTECs, or Functional Skills at Key Stage 4 and Post-16.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an educational professional who is eager to embrace a different way of working and contribute to a highly personalised, nurturing learning environment.

We strongly encourage all prospective applicants to visit the school. Experiencing our environment first-hand is essential for anyone considering this post.
Please contact the school office to arrange a visit.
