Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of partnership and continuous improvement
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities to enrich the educational experience of our pupils

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
