Positivity and a sense of humour have essential as is expert knowledge of the Primary curriculum, resilience, creativity, commitment and professionalism. You must be able to create a nurturing learning environment for all our children. You must have effective organisational skills and a willingness to contribute to the wider school life. We expect all staff to abide by our professional standards, values and behaviours. Visits to the school are encouraged. Posts working with either children and/or vulnerable adults will be subject to an enhanced disclosure of criminal records.
