Class Teacher job summary
We are looking for a Class Teacher to join our friendly, committed and hardworking team at this successful, highly regarded primary school, from after Easter 2026. ECT and Main Pay Scale teachers are welcome to apply.
As a school we are mindful of wellbeing and have introduced the following to support worklife balance of staff.
- staff meetings are only 1 hour and other CPD is creatively planned into the school working-day through Team Meetings and a supportive coaching model
- regular release for subject leaders to support their subject leadership
- PPA at home
- shared team planning within a 3-form entry primary
- an SLT which is supportive and are streamlining systems and processes to reduce unnecessary paperwork and workload.
- Exploration of how technology can support workload
