This role will be offered on the Main Pay Scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning journey.
- Participate in school-wide events and initiatives to contribute to the vibrant school community.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (or currently pursuing one).
- Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards obtaining QTS.
- Has a passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
- Is enthusiastic, imaginative and forward thinking
- Has the ability to inspire, motivate and engage children to achieve and succeed
- Is able to form positive relationships with children, staff, parents and governors
