What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for the right candidate to join our hardworking team so we welcome applications from all teachers, from ECT to Upper Pay Range.

The role is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who can demonstrate a strong track record of highly effective teaching and outstanding pupil progress. There will also be the opportunity to lead a curriculum subject, depending on the skills and experience you are able to offer.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can motivate children of all abilities so that they achieve and make outstanding progress
  • Has a secure understanding of how formative assessment drives planning and practice
  • Is hard working, contributes fully and collaborates successfully as part of a team
  • Is keen to support the Catholic ethos of the school and willing to take an active part in the wider life of the school
