We are seeking a warm, experienced teacher who believes every child can succeed and is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all learners feel valued, supported and able to thrive. Experience of working with pupils with SEND would be an advantage, particularly in a Year 3 setting.   • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum and agreed schemes of work.
  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain high expectations for achievement, behaviour and pupil wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the wider life, development and continuous improvement of the school.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals while promoting safeguarding at all times.
