Class Teacher job summary
We are looking for:
A person who loves teaching.
- A person who has a passion for working with children from areas of high deprivation but equally truly believes that this does not hinder their academic or personal development progress and will do their all to ensure they are successful.
Someone who is passionate to inspire our pupils and a commitment to achieving success with all our pupils
Ability to create a stimulating and inspirational environment that engages and excites our pupils through worthwhile and purposeful activities.
Achieve excellent pupil attainment and progress through motivation and inspiration.
Support the ethos of our school where everyone feels valued, respected, and part of the team.
The ability to work within a team who are friendly, supportive and embrace our school motto of, ‘Working Together We All Achieve’.

- PPA from home one day a fortnight
- Schemes for non-core subjects that demonstrate how to teach the lessons, leaving you free to concentrate on how to adapt the lesson for your pupils
- Software to support admin tasks. Edukey provision for teachers when writing Individual Educational Plans for our SEN children, making the process less workload
- Teacher training in house on Artificial Intelligence, leaving teachers to ability to reduce workload and use their skill set in thinking about tailoring the lesson, allowing AI to design the tasks.
- Well-being staff meetings (no, not yoga). Actual time for you to take to complete any other work you have. Time is so important.
- Well-being day once a year
- Days in lieu for any overnight residentials
