Class Teacher job summary
The East Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre (SILC) is a 2-19 generic special school with 435 pupils on roll. The East SILC is a complex organisation which operates on a variety of sites to provide a range of outreach services across the city, including partnerships with primary and secondary providers, the city-wide Physical Difficulties and Medical Service including a moving and handling service, as well as the Medical Needs Teaching Service for Leeds

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding school community.
We are seeking to recruit permanent class teachers to be based at a given site/phase in line with the needs of the school and the expertise of the successful candidates.
As with all appointments to the East SILC staff may be asked to work at any site within the organisation.
The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner and have the capacity to teach a range of subjects in a primary based model to secondary aged pupils.
