Class Teacher job summary

Houghton Regis Primary School is a warm, welcoming and growing school, including a Nursery, with approximately 400 children on roll. At Houghton Regis Primary School, we aim for every child to experience success, learn from their mistakes and to develop an open and inquisitive mind. The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner who shares this same vision and is passionate about teaching and learning and has secure knowledge of the curriculum.

We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual who has a strong desire to nurture children as they grow into independent, highly motivated learners. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in improving standards and raising pupil outcomes. We believe that every child is capable of achieving their full potential and maximising their learning opportunities to excel in all that they do.
