We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our team and teach a mixed‑age class. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about meeting the needs of all learners and valuing the strengths of mixed‑age provision.

We are looking to appoint a teacher who:

  • has a passion for teaching and learning and has high aspirations for all children including for those with SEND
  • treats pupils with dignity and builds relationships rooted in mutual respect
  • plans engaging and well‑structured learning experience
  • delivers high‑quality teaching that meets the needs of pupils of differing ages and abilities
  • creates a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment] uses assessment effectively to respond to pupils needs within lessons, inform planning and next steps
  • can make a positive contribution to the wider ethos of the school
  • has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively with colleagues, and in partnership with parents

This is a fixed term role with the potential to become a permanent position in line with future school staffing requirements.
