What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking teachers who:
- Have in-depth understanding of excellent teaching
- Are reflective and keen to develop their practice
- Are enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Are committed to teamwork
- Believe in developing the whole child
- Are keen to use CPD to move their practice forward
The successful candidate will be:
- Degree educated
- Have QTS and relevant primary or EYFS experience (student teaching practice is acceptable)
- Self-motivated and an excellent communicator
- Willing to continue learning
