About us and the role
Avanti Fields School, an all through school, is seeking to appoint two Primary Class Teachers who are committed to nurturing academic excellence and personal growth in every child.

What will you do?
- Take responsibility for the learning, progress and achievement of all pupils, ensuring high expectations, inclusion and equality of opportunity.
- Plan and deliver a well-sequenced curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, using effective assessment, feedback and data to secure strong outcomes.
- Create a safe, respectful and purposeful learning environment that promotes positive behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, the Avanti Schools Trust and external partners to support pupils’ academic and personal development.
- Uphold the school’s ethos and statutory responsibilities while contributing positively to the wider life, culture and continuous improvement of the school.
What are we looking for?
- Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
- QTS qualified
- Clear vision and understanding of how to implement and sustain a high-quality teaching and learning
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to delegate
- Excellent skills in the use and application of technology
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students

What the school offers its staff
Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith-designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018, and first intake of Nursery and Reception students in September 2022. The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.

Avanti Fields School is a new all-through school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018. This is an exciting time to join the school as it moves into its new state of the arts building and continues its journey to outstanding.
Avanti Fields School; we are an all-through; 3–16 Hindu-faith school – part of the multi-academy, Avanti Schools Trust.
