What skills and experience we're looking for
We would be delighted to hear from you if you have:
- A degree or equivalent with Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience of teaching across the whole Primary school age range
- A passion for learning, are creative in your approach and have the ability to encourage our children to become successful, self-motivated, happy and confident learners through engaging lessons.
- A proven track record of good or outstanding teaching.
- A positive and inspirational approach with a real passion for making a difference.
- Ambition and have high expectations of yourself and for your pupils.
- The ability to forge and maintain positive working relationships with children and their families.
- Good interpersonal skills and are able to work well as part of our staff and wider Academy Trust team.
- The ability to overcome communication barriers and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Effective organisational and interpersonal skills, enabling you to manage tasks efficiently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
