They should be able to demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning and an ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.

The successful candidate will provide a supportive, stimulating environment and share the high expectations of achievement for all pupils. The individual must be a reflective practitioner and be committed to strong personal growth and continuing professional development.
