The St Bart's Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with Governors, staff and children of Kingsland CofE Academy are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our hard working and committed team.
Kingsland C.E. Academy is a welcoming and inclusive Church of England primary academy where our Christian vision underpins all aspects of school life. We are seeking to appoint a motivated, reflective and committed class teacher to join our dedicated staff team from September.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
Deliver high‑quality teaching that enables all pupils to achieve well
Contribute positively to a culture of strong behaviour, mutual respect and high expectations
Support pupils’ personal development, including their confidence, resilience and sense of belonging
Create a classroom environment rooted in care, consistency and positive relationships
Have a commitment to inclusive practice and meeting the needs of all learners
Reflect on practice, engage in professional development and work collaboratively with colleagues
Support and contribute to the Christian ethos of the school, regardless of personal faith
The role is suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers. Strong mentoring and professional support are available.
