Avalon School is a Specialist School for students aged 11-19 situated in the town of Street. Our school vision is ‘Learning for Life’ - together with our parents and the learners themselves - we aim to teach skills for the whole of life. Avalon School is part of the Bower Learning Partnership where growth and development of staff is a high priority. We are a small, but ambitious Federation who also work in collaboration with the Pupil Referral Units within Somerset.

The school is looking for a dynamic, resilient, creative and motivated teacher with a passion for raising aspirations and focused on student outcomes. As a school we are focused on the Preparation for Adulthood.
