What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an excellent classroom teacher who:

Has the desire, skills and knowledge to raise attainment of pupils, meeting individual needs.
Has high expectations of pupils’ attainment, progress and behaviour
Is a reflective practitioner
Has previous experience of teaching Key Stage 1/EYFS
Is knowledgeable about scaffolding to support pupils
Is an enthusiastic team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Supports our Christian ethos
