About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and passionate individual committed to supporting our pupils' educational journey, this role is suitable for either an ECT or an experienced teacher.

As a classroom teacher, you'll nurture the development of learners, building their foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematics through inclusive and adaptive teaching that provides challenge for all. You'll create a warm, secure classroom environment where children feel confident to explore and try new things. Working closely with teaching assistants, you'll plan engaging, lessons that capture children's curiosity and imagination, whilst carefully assessing their progress through age-appropriate assessment methods. You'll build strong relationships with parents and carers, communicating regularly about their child's development, and contribute to the wider life of our school community.
