As a Special School teacher, you will:

Deliver creative, adapted lessons tailored to individual needs.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists, psychologists, and support staff.

Use a range of communication strategies including AAC systems.

Support pupils with sensory processing needs

What we are looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience or strong interest in working with pupils with SEND, particularly Autism and communication needs.

Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

A reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional development.
