St. Andrew’s and St. Mark’s CofE Junior is an outstanding school (Ofsted 2021) that believes in developing teaching talent. As such, all teachers in our school have been with us from their ECT year. We have an exciting opportunity for a newly-qualified teacher to join us in September.
We are looking for a teacher who :
is a highly capable classroom practitioner

is keen to develop professional expertise
is creative and flexible

A culture of development - weekly training sessions to support your practice close working relationships with your year group team. ECTs have a dedicated mentor.
Opportunities to grow and experience a ‘full life’ in education - including attending residential visits. All teachers run enrichment clubs and have opportunities for further qualification through NPQ programmes
Wellbeing support - through pastoral care in school and access to the Schools’ Advisory Service including 24 hour virtual GP appointments, wellbeing advice and health checks. Our staff have access to complimentary tea and coffee. With 20 mins direct links by train to London Waterloo; our location aids our work/life balance.
