About the schoolBrampton Village Primary School is a friendly community school with a pre‑school class, located in the heart of Brampton, Cambridgeshire. Our community is diverse and caring: around 15% of pupils speak English as an additional language, 27% are eligible for pupil premium, 12% have SEND and 5% are from service families.

About the roleAs a Main Pay Range Teacher at Brampton Village you will:
- Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons and sequences of learning that contribute to pupils’ progress and outcomes.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupils’ learning needs, achievements and next steps.
- Set and mark meaningful work, including preparation for any external assessments where appropriate.
- Contribute to whole‑school development by working collaboratively on curriculum planning, policies and school priorities.
- Promote pupil safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour in line with our safeguarding and behaviour policies.
- Direct and supervise support staff where applicable and contribute to professional development activities across the school.
- Participate in appraisal and your own professional development, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on narrowing attainment gaps and to help drive improvements across the school.
