EQUA Mead Learning Trust is seeking applications from highly motivated and forward-thinking Class Teachers. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching that inspires, challenges, and enables all pupils to achieve their full potential through engaging lessons and a stimulating learning environment. You will be responsible for planning, teaching, assessing, and adapting learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND, while maintaining high expectations for achievement and behaviour. Working closely with colleagues, support staff, parents, and external agencies, you will play a key role in promoting pupil progress, wellbeing, and inclusion. The role requires excellent classroom practice, strong behaviour management skills, and a commitment to creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. We are looking for a reflective practitioner who is passionate about primary education, committed to continuous professional development, and eager to contribute to the wider life, values, and ethos of the school.
