Class Teacher & EYFS/KS1 Phase Leader job summary
The Phase Leader will be an experienced teacher across the primary age range, particularly Early Years and Key Stage 1. They will be an effective curriculum and team leader, with strong expertise in assessment for learning and the effective assessment of pupils’ progress and will play a key role within the Senior Leadership Team.
They will take lead responsibility for ensuring the best possible curriculum provision, pupil wellbeing, progress and achievement for all children, through careful monitoring and by holding staff to account for the progress their pupils make.
The successful candidate will be a model professional, setting an excellent example to all staff. They will work closely with the Leadership Team to actively promote enrichment, entitlement and achievement, building strong working relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring that the federation provides a high-quality, engaging and well-matched curriculum for every child.
