  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Proven experience of leading or contributing to EYFS provision

  • Strong knowledge of early years curriculum, assessment and child development

  • A track record of improving teaching and learning outcomes

  • Ability to lead, inspire and develop staff

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Commitment to continuous professional development

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
