What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience of leading or contributing to EYFS provision

Strong knowledge of early years curriculum, assessment and child development

A track record of improving teaching and learning outcomes

Ability to lead, inspire and develop staff

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Commitment to continuous professional development

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
