An outstanding child centred Early Years teacher with high expectations of pupils’ behaviour and attainment

Able to lead a team

Able to monitor planning and assessment effectively in order to raise standards

Inspirational and able to challenge and motivate both staff and pupils

An excellent communicator

Willing to be involved in the life of the school
