What skills and experience we're looking for

Ability to use well-judged and imaginative teaching strategies to match individual needs accurately

Interest and expertise in supporting, nurturing and inspiring all children

Plan and deliver effective activities for pupils at risk of under achieving

Proven success in raising attainment in reading

Knowledge of Read Write Inc
