We are looking to recruit an outstanding teacher with
successful proven classroom experience, to join our dedicated
and hard-working team of staff. We are seeking an
enthusiastic and highly motivated class teacher who wants to
contribute to the wider life of our village school, which
currently has 148 pupils on roll.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with the Headteacher, the senior leadership team, teachers in the school and staff from other schools that make up The Eynsham Partnership Academy. We are looking for the right candidate to join our existing strong team and teach initially in KS2.
We have a firm belief in ensuring you have access to excellent CPD opportunities and the support of our Strategic Leads across our academy as well as leaders within our school. We are passionate about providing a high quality education to ensure our children thrive and develop into responsible citizens, who reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives.

• An excellent class teacher with successful experience of teaching in
KS2, who loves working with children and inspires them to achieve high
standards and realise their potential.
• Has experience of leading a subject area with a proven track record of
whole school impact.
• A great team player who can work successfully in collaboration with
others and contribute towards the school ethos and its school
improvement activities.
• Ambitious and prepared to invest time in their own professional
development so that they can become and remain an outstanding
teacher and develop their career as part of an academy.
• Able to make a significant contribution to the wider life of our School.
• An outstanding, enthusiastic, forward thinking teacher who has a sense
of humour and communicates well within a team.
• Have the highest expectations for all pupils, to ensure they reach their
full potential.
• Are innovative and creative in delivering outstanding lessons within
an extremely positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Able to positively promote inclusion and have high expectations for all
children.
• Knowledgeable about current topics in education and a good
understanding of how children learn effectively.
