• Have a solid understanding of the primary curriculum show passion for moving a subject forward throughout the school as a subject lead.
• Have secure knowledge and understanding of the pedagogy behind teaching and learning.
• Be an energetic classroom teacher who is passionate about ensuring all children achieve success.
• Show commitment to working in partnership with staff, parents and the community to promote excellent learning opportunities.
