Class Teacher job summary

We are looking to appoint a highly committed and passionate class teacher, who would like to enhance their skills and develop their career by joining our inspirational and supportive team.

The main purpose of the Class Teacher at is to fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as outlined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document, and to meet the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards. The Class Teacher plays a crucial role in planning and delivering well-structured lessons, assessing student progress, adapting teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, promoting good outcomes, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. The Class Teacher also contributes to the wider school organisation, collaborates with colleagues, and upholds high standards of professional conduct
