Deliver high-quality teaching that supports strong progress for all pupils and contributes to our positive, evolving school culture. Planning and delivering engaging lessons; fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom; using active, hands-on and outdoor learning approaches; and working closely within a committed staff team. You will have;

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong classroom practice with the ability to inspire and challenge pupils.
  • Commitment to inclusive, active, and experiential learning.
  • High expectations and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently strong teaching aligned with school and Trust expectations.
  • Lead active, practical, and outdoor-based learning experiences.
  • Assess pupil progress accurately and use information to inform teaching.
  • Contribute to wider school life and improvement work.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
