Ivel Valley School is an area special school catering for children and young people with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities from the east of Central Bedfordshire and beyond. We educate children and young people from the ages of 3 to 19 across two main sites and three satellite classes.
This is an exciting time to be joining Ivel Valley as we move forward into the next phase of our school’s development into a centre of excellence for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and highly skilled teacher who wants to work with our fantastic children and young people. If you think that you meet these criteria please get in touch (even if you haven’t worked in a special school before)!

This vacancy is suitable for a primary or secondary class teacher as you may be asked to work in any key stage across the school. However, previous experience, training and personal preference will always be taken into account.
Pay Scale: MPS/UPS + SEN Point
