St Andrew’s is a popular two-form entry infant school situated in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Coventry. This role is Part Time (0.6), Wednesday - Friday.

- Has a secure subject knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

- Uses positive behaviour management strategies and demonstrates a compassionate and restorative approach to dealing with behaviours.
- Has the skills to work with colleagues to plan and deliver a creative, engaging, and effective learning curriculum.

- Will actively contribute to school life and the wider community.
- Possesses a sense of humour, positive outlook and has empathy.
- Is a reflective practitioner who recognises the importance of professional learning.
