St Andrew’s is a popular two-form entry infant school situated in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Coventry. What is the job role?

St Andrew’s is looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Key Stage One teacher to join our happy, caring and child centred Team.

This role is Part Time (0.6), Wednesday - Friday.

  • Has a secure subject knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

  • Uses positive behaviour management strategies and demonstrates a compassionate and restorative approach to dealing with behaviours.
  • Has the skills to work with colleagues to plan and deliver a creative, engaging, and effective learning curriculum.
  • Whose personal values align with those of our school.
  • Will actively contribute to school life and the wider community.
  • Possesses a sense of humour, positive outlook and has empathy.
  •  Is a reflective practitioner who recognises the importance of professional learning.
